Question 1

What Is Xanavo

Accepted Answer

Xanavo is a conversion health monitoring and decision intelligence system for Shopify. It scans your store, scores its health, detects issues, and generates prioritized decisions with roadmaps so teams can improve conversion over time. It never requests access to your customer data.

Question 2

How Is Xanavo Different from Analytics Tools

Accepted Answer

Analytics tools show performance metrics. Xanavo turns scan results into prioritized issues and decisions, with step by step roadmaps and completion tracking, so teams know what to do next.

Question 3

How Does the Health Score Work

Accepted Answer

Xanavo gives your store one Health Score from 30 to 100, tracked across every scan so you can see the direction of travel. Catalogue findings feed it shortly after install, and funnel findings add to it as storefront activity comes in over a rolling 30 day window.

Question 4

What Data Does Xanavo Need before It Can Score My Funnel

Accepted Answer

Enough storefront activity to build a reliable baseline: product views spread across several different products, at least one add to cart, and at least one completed checkout inside the rolling 30 day window. A progress card in the app shows live counts against each requirement, so you always know exactly how far along you are. Busier stores get there sooner.

Question 5

What Do I Get on Day One

Accepted Answer

Your Health Score and every catalogue finding: out of stock products still drawing traffic, variant overload, heavy discounting, and price outliers. Each one arrives with a step by step roadmap, so there is real work to do from the first day rather than a week of waiting.

Question 6

Does Xanavo Ask for Access to My Customers

Accepted Answer

No. Xanavo requests products and storefront events only. It never asks Shopify for names, emails, phone numbers, or addresses, which is why there is no customer data consent screen when you install. Storefront activity is counted anonymously, raw events are deleted after 45 days, and uninstalling removes everything.

Question 7

Why Do Xanavo Numbers Differ from Shopify Analytics

Accepted Answer

Cookie consent, ad blockers, and different session definitions all shift absolute counts. Xanavo scores rates rather than totals, and rates stay stable against all three, so the diagnosis holds even where the raw numbers do not line up.

Question 8

Does Xanavo Slow My Store Down

Accepted Answer

No. Collection runs in Shopify's own isolated sandbox with batched network calls and adds a few kilobytes. It is registered automatically at install and is visible to you in Shopify under Settings, Customer events.

Question 9

How Often Should We Run Scans

Accepted Answer

Scans run automatically on your chosen interval, weekly by default, and you can trigger one manually at any time. Run one after any significant change so the before and after is captured. Scan history makes it easy to compare health across scans and spot declining trends.

Question 10

What Happens if a Scan Fails

Accepted Answer

The scans list shows failed runs and provides a View Error action so you can see what went wrong.

Question 11

What Types of Issues Does Xanavo Detect

Accepted Answer

Xanavo detects and prioritizes issues that impact conversion, such as product value proposition issues and mobile UX issues. Issues appear with priority level, affected items count, and View and Fix actions.

Question 12

What Are Decisions and Roadmaps

Accepted Answer

Decisions are prioritized actions generated from scan findings. Each decision includes Why Xanavo Recommends This and an Implementation Roadmap with step completion tracking and action buttons, plus an affected products list.

Question 13

Can We Export Issues and Decisions

Accepted Answer

Yes. Xanavo includes Export Issues and Export Decisions so teams can share, assign, and execute work consistently.

Question 14

Does Xanavo Automatically Change Our Theme

Accepted Answer

No. Xanavo does not apply theme changes automatically. It provides issues, decisions, and roadmaps, and your team implements changes.

Question 15

Does Xanavo Update Products in Shopify

Accepted Answer

No. Xanavo does not change your products. It suggests improved product titles and descriptions, then links you straight to the product in Shopify admin so you make the change yourself.

Question 16

What Product Level Data Can We See

Accepted Answer

On each product you can see Product Health Score, views, product conversion rate, store average conversion rate, and the issues linked to that product.

Question 17

Does Xanavo Check Product Page SEO

Accepted Answer

Xanavo checks the SEO quality of your product titles and descriptions, flagging weak or missing content and linking you to the product in Shopify admin so you can make the change. This is product page level SEO only. For deeper SEO analysis, keyword strategy, or site wide SEO work, reach out to us and we can point you in the right direction.

Question 18

What Is a CRO Project with Xanavo

Accepted Answer

A full conversion project run by our specialists. We diagnose your store by hand with the Xanavo scanner, rank every leak by the revenue it costs, implement and test the fixes, and report the measured result.

Question 19

Are CRO Projects Included in the App Plans

Accepted Answer

No. The app plans on the pricing page are for the Xanavo app, which you run yourself. A CRO project is a separate service, priced per store.

Question 20

How Is a CRO Project Priced

Accepted Answer

It depends on the store. Catalogue size, traffic, and how many fixes are in scope set the price. You get the quote after the free consultation and before anything begins.

Question 21

What Happens on the Free CRO Consultation

Accepted Answer

Twenty minutes with our team of specialists. We look at your store live with the scanner, show you where shoppers are leaving and why, and tell you what to fix first. No pitch, no commitment.

Question 22

How Many Projects Do You Take On

Accepted Answer

We take only 2 new CRO projects a month, so each one gets our team of specialists, not a template.

Question 23

How Is a Project Different from the Clinic Audit

Accepted Answer

The Clinic audit is diagnosis only: our team of specialists reviews your store by hand and hands you the ranked fix list. A project goes all the way, from diagnosis to implementation, testing, and a measured result.

Question 24

Will Anything Change in My Store Without My Approval

Accepted Answer

No. Every change is proposed, explained, and approved by you before it goes live. You can pause or stop the project at any phase.
