Xanavo Data Requirements

Overview

Xanavo analyzes your Shopify store data from the last 30 days to generate a Conversion Health Score and identify the most important issues affecting your store performance.

To make the score reliable, Xanavo needs enough recent activity across products, collections, add to cart behavior, checkout starts, and device performance.

Stores with lower activity can still use Xanavo, but some insights may be limited or marked as low confidence until more data becomes available.

Minimum Data Requirements

What Xanavo Checks Minimum Needed in the Last 30 Days
Add to Cart Events 30
Checkout Starts 50
Collection Views 200
Collection Clicks 20
Eligible Products 10
Product Views per Analyzed Product 20
Device Sessions per Device Group 300
Device Purchases per Device Group 10

What This Means

Xanavo does not only look at total traffic or total sales. It analyzes how shoppers move through your store, where they hesitate, and where conversion problems are most likely happening.

For example, Xanavo may compare product performance, collection engagement, mobile and desktop behavior, add to cart activity, and checkout progress. This helps identify whether the problem is related to product pages, collections, device experience, checkout friction, or broader store structure.

If Your Store Has Limited Data

If your store does not meet all minimum data requirements yet, Xanavo can still run an early diagnostic.

However, some findings may be limited because there is not enough data to make a reliable comparison. In this case, Xanavo may focus on broader issues and visible conversion blockers instead of deeper product level or device level insights.

Why These Requirements Matter

Conversion diagnosis needs enough behavior data to avoid false conclusions.

A product with only a few views may look weak even if it simply has not received enough traffic. A device group with very few purchases may appear problematic even if the sample size is too small. Xanavo uses data thresholds to make sure the insights are based on meaningful patterns, not random variation.

Recommended Store Profile

Xanavo works best for Shopify stores that already have regular traffic, active product views, add to cart activity, and checkout starts within the last 30 days.

The more complete your data is, the more useful the score and recommendations become.

Store Stage What to Expect
New or Low Traffic Store Early diagnostic with limited confidence
Growing Store More useful store level and funnel insights
Active Store Stronger product, collection, and device level insights
High Volume Store More reliable prioritization and decision intelligence

Simple Summary

Xanavo analyzes the last 30 days of your Shopify data. For reliable scoring, your store should have at least 30 add to cart events, 50 checkout starts, 200 collection views, 20 collection clicks, and 10 eligible products with enough product view data.

Stores with lower activity can still use Xanavo, but some insights may be limited until more data is available.
